understanding
our personalising methods |
Screen Printing
Used most widely on pens, pencils, flat plastic items and PU, as well
as clothing, particularly T-Shirts. ink is applied to the product
through a stencil (screen) produced from your design.
|
Embroidery
This is a great way to achieve quality personalisation on most clothing
and head wear. With modern machinery offering speed and multiple colour
possibilites, more customers are choosing this method to great effect.
|
Engraving
Used most commonly on crystal, glass and metal products to achieve
a quality, lasting effect. Laser engraving is now widely regarded
as the most accurate and economical way of reproducing fine design
work. |
Die Stamping
Normaly used on metal products like stainless steel keyrings or similar
items. Like blocking, a metal die is pressure stamped onto your product
leaving an impression of your design. This can be left plain or colour
filled. |
Pad Printing
An ink applying methd again, but used to especially good effect on
unusual or curved shapes. An increasingly popular methid due to the
flexibility and variety of products that can be marked. Ink is transferred
onto the product by way of rubber 'pad' |
Foil Blocking
Used to mark leather goods in particular. A metal block (die) is pressure
stamped onto the product, usually with a gold or silver foil, to leave
a lasting impression of your design.
